Grenada 2024 Sign Up Form
This is the sign up form for the FSM missions trip to Grenada in July 2024. This trip is for our youth students to minister abroad to share the Gospel of Jesus Christ. Filling out this form is step one to register for the trip. The second part is handing in your $100 non-refundable deposit by December 1st. This lets us know you are serious about going and we can prepare accordingly. This trip is for youth age only with a few adults going as chaperones that are background checked.
